We came across this little article from the AP in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette last week. The article points out that many people don’t take the time to read all of the information about their health benefits. What do the words “flexible spending account” mean to you? How about “out-of-pocket maximum”? Surely “copay” rings a bell?
